K-9 officer Bodie finishes endurance run with owner | Fun

AUBURN - A cast didn't stop canine officer Bodie from joining his owner as he finished the western states 100 mile endurance run.

Officer Randy Van Dusen raced across the Sierra to Auburn.

While Bodie, who was shot in the line of duty last month, was too hurt to join him for the entire race, he was there to walk the last 300 yards with Van Dusen on the track.

Van Dusen completed the race in under the 30 hour time limit.
